MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation - Reviews. Write a Review; MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation. This is a good product to use if you don't want to wear something heavy or if you are in a rush. It gives a very good amount of coverage for a powder and is easier to carry around than liquid foundation. Matches skin perfect buildble.
I have very fair, oily, large pores, senstitive skin. I have tried so many different makeups. The only one that seems to last all day and still look good is MAC. I know there are many different opinions out there in regards to the ingredients. But I have done my research. Nothing in MAC should cause any different. I have tried so many different makeups. The only one that seems to last all day and still look good is MAC. I know there are many different opinions out there in regards to the ingredients. But I have done my research. Nothing in MAC should cause any different problems that any other makeup would. Someone suggested that the tech was better for me than the fix.
I need opions. I tried it this morning, but it is difficult to get the knack. Should I use a powder over it? I might say to ditch the liquid beginning and basically use it interior the wintry climate time whilst its extra drier and stick to the studio restoration powder.
In case you have somewhat oily pores and skin like mine, then identity propose this and a very sturdy primer like city decays one that mattifies the exterior. In case you have any imperfections which you wanna cover up in simple terms use a concealer. I take advantage of this mixture or maybe although like pores and skin gets slightly oily, I could desire to basically touch up approximately as quickly as. Desire this helps.

I bought today MAC's foundation Studio Tech, but I have been reading that it makes people break out. I have oily skin, I try to keep it normal by using Clinique 3 Step treatment, it seems to work out well. I have been using L'Oreal True Match in foundation (oil free) and is great.

I have been using L'Oreal True Match in foundation (oil free) and is great. I decided to give MAC a try since lots of people buy this product.
Before I return it, I need to know more about it. Is it cakey, heavy, makes you break out, good for everyday use? I use make up everyday, would MAC be alright to use everyday? Thanks girls! I have really good skin, and also wear a loreal foundation every day, however I fell into MAC's trap.
It's so highly publisised that you are atracted to it but I found it awful it ruined my skin, it's felt thick like I'd put it on about 5 times even when i was only wearing a thin spare amount and was horrid it also didn't ahve a very nice finish, Like I said I have very good skin I never break out and my skin isn't oily but it felt and looked very damaged after using this product, reading that you suffer from oily skin I would avoid this foundation, I would go for a much more power based foundation it would proberbably leave a really nice finish:) hope this helps. Mark has a great powder foundation. It's very much like MAC's Studio Fix. It offers the same coverage as a liquid foundation (BTW-liquid is TERRIBLE for all skin), but feels and looks like a powder. It's called Powder Buff and it's only $10. It doesn't feel caked on, doesn't feel oily, and is very smooth on your skin.
A lot of people use the Powder Buff as their concealer as well because it provides such great coverage. MAC's is very pore-clogging. Mark's is very natural and long lasting. If you're wanting just a tinted moisturizer, the Get-A-Tint is amazing too and is only $8! It's got good coverage and doesn't feel heavy. With either of these, your face will look flawless and like velvet. A great concealer is called Good Riddance and is only $6!
It's in a pencil form and it so terrific. I have one in my purse, make-up bag, and car. Check out the website and look around: Free Shipping w/$25 Orders! If you need any help deciding on a shade or have any product questions, just ask:). Tell us some more. Upload in Progress. Upload failed.
